This lovely lodge is sited on Plot 92, in peaceful quiet location. The lodge has a nice garden complete with landscaping and is close to all amenities. Purchased new, the owner decided due to family expansion to trade in this lodge and buy a new larger lodge with more bedrooms and they have now moved out. Viewings are now welcomed and appointments are not always necessary you will be shown round by one of the park owners or our team who will give you all the information you require regarding lodge ownership. Cliff House Holiday Park has a 5 star East Anglian rating and is located in Dunwich, Suffolk. We are surrounded by beautiful walks around the Nation Trust's Minsmere Bird Reserve and Dunwich Heathlands and being on beach with direct access is definitely a major bonus! A 99 year licence is included with this lodge!
